Project Assistants
Sebastian Schwamberger is supporting the Principles Project Team as Post-Doctoral Researcher and ELI Consultant since 2019. He is author of several publications in data protection law, civil law, civil procedure law and European law. Currently, Sebastian Schwamberger focusses his research on civil law aspects of data sharing, especially the right to data access and the right to data portability. Yannic Duller has been a research and teaching assistant at the Department of Civil Law of the University of Vienna since March 2020. Before that, he completed a Bluebook Traineeship at the European Commission. He writes his PhD thesis about legal issues arising from transactions in the data economy. Nina-Maria Thomic has been a research and teaching assistant at the Department of Civil Law of the University of Vienna since October 2019. In her research, she focuses mainly on consumer law, data protection law and generally, legal issues arising from digitalisation.
